Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
9 Subscription Terms
Feed the Tribe is a monthly subscription membership program. A monthly subscription of £5 will be billed to your credit card or PayPal account every month. Your membership will automatically be renewed unless you cancel BEFORE your next billing date. Please refer to the ending date of your subscription in your account on your members page in order to cancel on time. Our system is completely automated which gives you the control to cancel your membership at any time in your account by clicking on "cancel" next to your membership on the membership page and following the link to PayPal. It is your responsibility to confirm that your membership has been cancelled. When you have successfully cancelled you will receive an e-mail in the e-mail box you have registered in your account confirming your cancellation. You may also confirm your cancellation by logging into your membership account, your account will say cancelled next to your membership if it is has been cancelled. If it was not successfully cancelled it will still say active. If you run into any problems you may also contact our support desk here: enquiries@feedthetribe.com at least five days prior to your renewal date for manual cancellation. There will be no refunds for late cancellations.
Each subscription is to be used for one household only. Feed The Tribe Ltd reserves the right to cancel your subscription for password sharing, copying or distribution of your meal plans to another household or person. If you violate this agreement our automated protection system will AUTOMATICALLY lock your account and you will not be entitled to a refund.
10 Disclaimer
Feed The Tribe Ltd does not make any specific health or dietary claims. We advise you to consult with your doctor or health professional if you have any concerns regarding health or dietary food restrictions. Whilst all due care has been taken in calorie calculation, we have (in some cases) taken an average calorie value across a range of similar products. Feed The Tribe Ltd cannot be held responsible for specific calorie variations. Feed The Tribe cannot be held responsible for an individuals' level of activity influencing specific results or claims.
Feed The Tribe Ltd has taken an average of some of the many official bodies calculated calorie requirements for individuals to create our targets for calorie requirements. Likewise the same approach for portion sizes also. Feed The Tribe Ltd cannot be held responsible for differing individual results based on these calculations.
Feed The Tribe Ltd accepts no responsibility for illness related to poor or inadequate cooking of foods.
Feed The Tribe Ltd expects you (the user) to make savings on your regular food shopping bills, only on a strictly like for like basis, and cannot be held responsible if you do not achieve expected savings.
All our dishes and recipes are accurate at time of entry. Feed The Tribe Ltd cannot be held reponsible for changes in values (calorific) after this time.
